Each type of transfer has its own Order Form. It's easy to place an order with Max Rescue. Simply click on one of the links above and print out our Order Form. Use it to send us your order to have your movies transferred to DVD.
Drop-off your orderYes, we do Mail Order, but if you're in Southeast Queensland, you can also drop off your order at one of the many Markets we travel to in the area. We do NOT transfer movies, TV programs, etc. you recorded off the television, Internet and certain other sources. When we receive it, we will contact you with the Total Amount Due so you can send us payment. If you decide to cancel at that point, you are responsible for either picking up your items or paying the shipping cost for us to send it back to you. If you want the cost of the transfer before you ship anything to us, please use our online contact form and give us information about what you want transferred. Payment optionsWe accept money orders, cheques or electronic transfer in Australian currency only. Electronic transfer information is on the Order Form. Please do NOT send cash. Sorry, NO C.O.D. or credit cards. Drop off and pick upIf you live in the Brisbane, Burpengary, Nanango or Jimboomba area of Queensland, you can drop off and pick up your order. Some people ship their order to us and pick it up when it's done. That saves them the return shipping/handling cost. Contact us if you'd like more information.
