Registered Post

For safety, when shipping your order to us, please use Registered Post. All finished orders returned to you by post are shipped by Registered Post within Australia and the equivalent for overseas.

Drop-offs and pick-ups

If you live in the Brisbane, Caboolture, Nanango or Jimboomba area of Queensland, you can drop off and pick up your order. Some people ship their order to us and pick it up when it's done. That saves them the return shipping/handling cost. Contact us if you'd like more information.

Rush service

If you need a rush put on your order, contact us for availability and costs.

Returned originals

All records and audio cassettes we receive must be returned to you. You must possess them to have rightful ownership of a duplication.

Packing records and audio cassettes for shipping

To help keep our prices low, whenever possible, we will use the same packaging we receive your order in to ship it back to you. Please keep this in mind when packing your order to us.

1. Put your completed Order Form inside an envelope.
2. Stack your records together and put the envelope between them.
3. Wrap the stack of records & envelope securely in bubble wrap or similar packing material.
4. Use a box that is larger than your wrapped records and spread layer of "peanuts" or other filler on the bottom.
5. Put your records on this filler.
6. If you're also shipping audio cassettes with the records, wrap them separately in bubble wrap or similar padding and put them on top of the records.
7. Cover everything with more filler until the box is completely full. The items inside should not be able to move around when you tilt the box. If they can, add more filler.
8. Seal the box with strong packing tape.
9. Write  FRAGILE - DO NOT BEND OR DROP  on the outside of the box.
10. Make sure your return address is on the outside of the box.
     

For shipments of 25 or more records, we recommend the use of a professional shipper or dividing your shipment into smaller more manageable sized packages.

Return time

For records and cassettes it usually takes 7 to 10 working days from the time we receive it to send it back to you. The time varies depending on our backlog, and of course the size of your order.

We will do our best to return your completed order as quickly as possible. Please note, we are NOT responsible for postal delays.

We overheard an Aussie telling a tourist the other day that a kangaroo delivers his mail in its pouch. We definitely are not responsible if you mail to us this way.

Christmas Presents
If your order is a Christmas present, please send it 5 weeks before the date you need it. We receive a lot of orders during this period and cannot guarantee it will be in your hands for Christmas otherwise.
